What's Next
Your expertise, our vigilance.
Projects vary – from quick makeovers to complex builds. What's Next doesn't impose a single workflow on you. It's an intelligent map that suggests next steps, but you decide which path to take. Skip what's unnecessary and focus on what truly needs your attention.
7 stages
- 1.Discovery – Build solid foundations. Liru checks whether you have a complete set of client data. If you work on your own terms or have a simplified process – simply check off this step.
- 2.Style – Learn the client's aesthetic preferences. Liru suggests sending a style quiz or LiruSwipe, then creating a moodboard with inspirations per room.
- 3.Layout – Prepare functional floor plans. Liru guides you through creating a layout presentation, sending it to the client, and tracking approvals section by section.
- 4.Products – Source products for rooms. Liru checks which rooms lack products, which products lack categories, and alerts on price changes above 15%.
- 5.Presentation – Create visualizations and product presentations. Liru tracks which rooms need visuals, guides you through creating and sending presentations, and monitors client approvals element by element.
- 6.Estimate – Review the budget and send the cost estimate. Liru alerts when the total exceeds the budget, monitors price changes, and reminds about order status updates.
- 7.Execution – Project approved – time for execution. Liru tracks order and payment statuses, making sure nothing slips through to the end.
Suggestion priorities
- High (red) – blocks progress, requires immediate action
- Medium (lavender) – important but not blocking
- Low (gray) – "nice to have", optimization
How it works in practice
- Open your project dashboard – the current suggestion is right at the top
- Each suggestion has an action button – one click takes you to the right place
- Suggestions update automatically when something changes in the project
- Only what matters – a skipped stage stays in history, and you get a clean task list
- Clear status at every stage – see what's done, what's waiting, and what you consciously skipped
Do I have to follow every step?
Absolutely not. Liru is not a rigid template – it's a dynamic assistant. If a given project doesn't require a cost estimate or a detailed brief, you remove that stage from view with a single click. The system stops reminding you about it, letting you move smoothly to the next phases.
