Projects & Rooms

Creating a project

Each project contains:

  • Basic data – name, description, icon, color, cover image
  • Location – address, city, postal code
  • Property – building type, total area, number of floors, number of rooms
  • Budget – target amount and currency (PLN, EUR, USD, and more)
  • Schedule – start date, deadline
  • Status – Planned, Active, On Hold, Completed, Archived, Draft

Managing projects

  • Grid view – project cards with thumbnails and progress
  • Filtering and sorting – by status, date, name
  • Copying and archiving – clone projects as templates
  • Portal branding – accent color, theme, studio logo per project
Tip: Use the "Draft" status for preparing quotes before the client confirms.

Room types

Liru supports 12 types: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Guest Room, Kids Room, Hallway, Office, Wardrobe, Garage, Other.

For each room you can:

  • Set details – name, type, area, floor, budget
  • Add gallery – inspiration photos and current state
  • Manage products – products assigned to the room
  • Track budget – spending vs. plan per room
  • Manage tasks – room-specific task list
  • View visualizations – renderings and presentations
  • Read AI notes – automatic summaries from client briefs
  • View moodboard and style quiz – visual materials assigned to the room
  • Track history – change and decision log

Auto-fill

Room details are automatically filled based on AI notes and project briefs. When a client completes a functional survey, Liru extracts room information (area, expectations, functions) and saves it in room notes.

Room statuses

  • Not started – room added, no work done
  • In progress – design work underway
  • On hold – paused (e.g., waiting for client decision)
  • Completed – room design finished
