Creating a project
Each project contains:
- Basic data – name, description, icon, color, cover image
- Location – address, city, postal code
- Property – building type, total area, number of floors, number of rooms
- Budget – target amount and currency (PLN, EUR, USD, and more)
- Schedule – start date, deadline
- Status – Planned, Active, On Hold, Completed, Archived, Draft
Managing projects
- Grid view – project cards with thumbnails and progress
- Filtering and sorting – by status, date, name
- Copying and archiving – clone projects as templates
- Portal branding – accent color, theme, studio logo per project
Tip: Use the "Draft" status for preparing quotes before the client confirms.
Room types
Liru supports 12 types: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Guest Room, Kids Room, Hallway, Office, Wardrobe, Garage, Other.
For each room you can:
- Set details – name, type, area, floor, budget
- Add gallery – inspiration photos and current state
- Manage products – products assigned to the room
- Track budget – spending vs. plan per room
- Manage tasks – room-specific task list
- View visualizations – renderings and presentations
- Read AI notes – automatic summaries from client briefs
- View moodboard and style quiz – visual materials assigned to the room
- Track history – change and decision log
Auto-fill
Room details are automatically filled based on AI notes and project briefs. When a client completes a functional survey, Liru extracts room information (area, expectations, functions) and saves it in room notes.
Room statuses
- Not started – room added, no work done
- In progress – design work underway
- On hold – paused (e.g., waiting for client decision)
- Completed – room design finished
