Studio Dashboard
After logging in you see an overview of your entire studio:
- Project cards – cards with name, status, progress, and thumbnail
- Filtering – search by name, filter by status (active, on hold, completed)
- Quick task widget – latest unfinished tasks
- Calendar – upcoming meetings and deadlines
- Statistics – total number of active tasks
Project Dashboard
Each project has its own dashboard with:
- 7-stage timeline – visual project timeline
- What's Next – AI analyzes the project state and suggests next actions
- Budget chart – planned vs. spent comparison
- Room tiles – thumbnails with progress and budget per room
- Statistics – budget, products, tasks, client approval
- Discover & Present tiles – quick access to brief, style direction, functional layout, and concept presentation
7 project stages

| 7 | Execution | All previous stages completed |
Each stage automatically updates its status based on progress. You can also manually mark a stage as completed if you don't follow the full process.
