Storage

Storage is the document and file management system for your project. Available in the "Supervision" section of the project sidebar.

Features

• File upload – drag and drop or click to upload files (PDF, images, documents)
• Organization – assign files to rooms and categories
• Categories – predefined and custom document categories
• Search – search by file name, category, or room
• Sort – newest, oldest, name A–Z/Z–A, size
• Filter – by category and room (including "unassigned")

Preview and editing

• Image preview directly in the grid
• File type icons (PDF, documents)
• Edit file – change name, category, room assignment
• File info – size, upload date
• Open in new tab

Bulk operations

• Select multiple files
• Bulk assign to room
• Bulk category change
• Bulk delete

Presentation images

Storage automatically displays images from visualization presentations as virtual documents (read-only) – you see them alongside uploaded files.
