Overview

Every project has a client portal – a private space where your client can review presentations, fill out quizzes, browse moodboards, and track their project progress.

Access

Clients access their portal via:

• A unique URL link

• A 4-digit PIN code

No account creation, no app download, no password. Share the link and PIN via email or message.

What clients see

The portal includes everything you've shared:

**Presentations** – review and approve design concepts

**Style quizzes** – fill out visual preference surveys

**Moodboards** – react and comment on design direction

**Budget summary** – see project costs (if you enable this)

**Project progress** – overall status and milestones

Client actions

Clients can:

• Approve or reject presentation elements

• Leave comments on specific items

• Complete style quizzes

• React to moodboard elements

• View budget breakdowns

All actions are timestamped and tracked.

Security

• PIN-protected access

• Links can be set to expire

• You control exactly what's visible to the client

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

• Send the portal link with a brief overview of what to expect

• Set review deadlines for presentations

• Check the portal analytics to see when your client last logged in
