1. Data we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email, studio name, and project data you create within the platform. We also collect usage analytics to improve the product.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide the Liru platform service, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data storage

All data is stored on EU-based servers (Supabase / AWS eu-central-1). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure data isolation between accounts.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. Account deletion removes all your data permanently, including all projects, rooms, products, and client portal data.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for anonymized product analytics. No advertising cookies are used.

6. Client portal data

Client portal access is PIN-protected. Client interactions (approvals, comments, quiz responses) are stored as part of the project data and are owned by the designer who created the project.
